1. About HIE

HIE (https://hie.fitness) is operated by Cloud Supreme Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12670354. Registered office: 12 Ashtead Drive, Bapchild, Sittingbourne, ME9 9NF. You can contact us at sales@cloudsupreme.co.uk.

2. Private testing

HIE is currently in private testing and is available by invitation only. Features may be incomplete, may change or may be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may end testing access at any time, and we will tell you if we do.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to use HIE.
• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in links or your authenticator app access.
• Keep the information you give us accurate, as your plan depends on it.
• Tell us straight away at sales@cloudsupreme.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Health and safety

HIE provides general training guidance, not medical advice. It cannot know everything about your health, and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.

• Speak to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or have not exercised for a while.
• Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual breathlessness.
• Use your own judgement. Adjust or skip any session that does not feel right, and take care of your safety when running outdoors.

5. Using HIE fairly

You agree not to misuse HIE, including by:

• trying to access another person’s account or data;
• interfering with the security or running of the service;
• copying, reselling or scraping the service or its content.

6. Your data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy notice. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.

7. Paid plans

HIE Free costs nothing. HIE Pro is a paid subscription at the price shown on our homepage. Pro is not yet available to buy during private testing. Before you pay for anything, we will show you the price, how billing works and how to cancel, and you will only pay if you choose to.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide HIE with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, as HIE is a free service in testing, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using HIE at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as HIE develops. We will show the date at the top and tell you about important changes.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
